Glen Scheib is the owner and president of Professional Accounting Services. Glen’s reputation for integrity, wisdom, and accuracy is well known in the accounting industry, and in the community. He’s helped business owners and individuals with their tax and accounting needs since he founded PAS in January 1980. Glen enjoys people, and likes improving their lives by making an impact on their business and financial situation. 

Michael (Mike) S. Stachowski, C.P.A., L.L.C., A.B.V., C.V.A., C.B.M., & M.S.T. - Audits, management advisory, corporate financial accounting, income tax planning, IRS and other representation, tax research, and tax compliance. He Mike has considerable experience consulting with business owners on all aspects of business and financial planning from small private companies to multi million dollar corporations. His experience also includes financial and tax accounting for mergers and acquisitions, foreign subsidiaries, foreign sales corporations, business valuations, accounting software set-up and installation. Mike holds a bachelor’s in accounting and business (with honors), a master’s in accounting and taxation (with high honors) from the University of Missouri, and holds a certificate in financial planning from the University of Missouri. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuations, Certified Valuation Analysis, Certified Business Manager, is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. 

  Ruby Courtney received her accounting degree (with honors) from Missouri Western State College in 1994. Ruby worked as an accountant for the Kansas City Aviation department, successfully performing several different positions, including reconciling accounts, accounts payable, and overseeing accounting practices for the passenger terminals at KCI airport. In November 1997, she joined Professional Accounting Services where she performs bookkeeping, reconciliation, tax filing, and other accounting tasks for a variety of small business clients.  Ruby 'likes meeting clients’ needs, and believe it or not, one of her favorite things is reconciliation. "It’s very satisfying when everything comes together right. I really like working with the staff here, and knowing that I’m an important part of a great team.”

Debbie Cravens has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems (with honors) from Missouri State University and an Accounting Certificate.  She provides monthly accounting, payroll, and payroll tax filing.  She also specializes in incorporations and invoicing.  Debbie joined PAS in September 2004 and has enjoyed building relationships with her clients and staff. 

 Katy Orr began as temporary help during the February 2006 tax season and ended up joining our staff as a part time employee that fall.  Her key responsibilities include maintaining her client's monthly financial statements and reconciliations, quarterly and annual reports, as well as, processing several payrolls.  She has a great desire to make sure all of her clients are in good standing with current and accurate financials and likes to leave at the end of the day with a clean desk.  Katy received a certificate from Maple Woods Community College and is grateful for the experience she has gained while working at PAS.
